Lawsuit Shines Light On Joe Biden’s Involvement With Son’s Businesses

America First Legal, a nonprofit organization fighting against lawless executive actions and the far-left, recently filed a lawsuit against President Joe Biden, revealing that the then-Vice President sent or received thousands of emails associated with Hunter and Jim Biden.

The Post Millennial reported that Biden received nearly 20,000 emails from Rosemont Seneca, Hunter Biden’s investment firm, 4,234 emails from Hunter himself, 1751 emails from Jim Biden, and close to 4,000 emails from Jim Biden’s Lion Hall Group.

Biden and the White House have repeatedly claimed that the then-vice president had no connections or affiliations with his son’s business. Yet, given the explosion of bombshell information and testimony from whistleblowers, it appears Joe Biden did exactly what the White House is denying.

On X, formerly known as Twitter, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) responded to America First Legal’s announcement of its lawsuit against Joe Biden.

“Joe Biden’s Vice President Office emailed Hunter Biden and Jim Biden businesses OVER 29,000 TIMES! Not his personal email. Biden’s VP email. The Big Guy was definitely involved. Heavily,” Greene wrote.

In August 2023, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) revealed that it has approximately 5,400 documents and emails showing Joe Biden using a pseudonym during his time as vice president, as reported by the Post Millennial. Among the pseudonyms the then-vice president used were JRB Ware, Robin Ware and Robert L. Peters.

In July 2023, Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s ex-business partner, told Congress that Joe Biden has been put on speakerphone calls more than 20 times with Hunter’s business partners.

After Archer’s testimony, the House Oversight Committee demanded “unrestricted special access under the PRA to Case Number 2022-0121-F.” The case number was entitled, “Records on Hunter Biden, James Biden, and Their Foreign Business Dealings” and was published on NARA’s website, per the Post Millennial.

Rep. James Comer (R-KY) said Joe Biden’s emails include ones from Hunter Biden’s associates as well as members of the then-vice president’s political team, including Kate Bedingfield, who currently works for the Biden administration in the White House.

Comer wrote that Hunter’s business associate, Eric Schwerin, “wrote to Kate Bedingfield in the Office of the Vice President providing quotes the White House should use in response to media outreach regarding Hunter Biden’s role in Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company.”
