Democrat Protests Against Trump’s Judicial Picks Appear To Be Scripted

New evidence suggests that opposition to President Donald Trump’s judicial nominees may be carefully coordinated rather than spontaneous. Independent journalist Laura Loomer has exposed documents revealing that Sen. Dick Durbin’s daughter, Jen Durbin, has been distributing scripted talking points to protesters.

According to Loomer, these scripts provide detailed instructions for activists who are told to contact specific Republican senators and push back against Trump’s nominees. Sens. Bill Cassidy, Mitch McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, Todd Young, and Susan Collins are identified as potential allies in blocking Trump’s judicial picks.

Loomer pointed out that the scripts, posted by Jen Durbin on social media, direct individuals on exactly what to say. One bolded section instructs participants with the words “HERE IS YOUR SCRIPT!”—reinforcing concerns that these protests are being manufactured rather than emerging from grassroots opposition.

Jen Durbin is the owner of a production studio in Brooklyn, which raises additional questions about whether actors are being used in these demonstrations to create the appearance of widespread public concern.

One alarming detail included in the script calls for activists to “tell them to arrest Elon Musk,” showing how Senate Democrats are pushing targeted political attacks beyond just the judiciary. Musk has been a frequent critic of left-wing policies and government overreach.

Neither Sen. Durbin nor his daughter has addressed the reports, and questions remain about how widespread these scripted efforts may be.
